Type <Ctrl> <F> to search for words in the article.
If you made use of the Timetabler module to build your timetable, and uploaded the completed timetable to d6+, you will be able to print/view individual learner Timetables.
Learner Timetables
Select the Year and Term of the uploaded Timetable that should be displayed.
Select the Grade and Class of the learner to be viewed.
Click the relevant learner's name to display the Timetable for the selected learner.
Email the timetables to Learners or Parents
The timetables can be sent individually or per group to a grade or register class
The timetables can be sent to Learners and/or Parents with contact details on the system.
Staff need specific Communication Rights to be able to email Timetables.
The accompanying email template can be changed according to the school's preference.
Note: The Excel export will export the list of learners only. Not the individual timetables for the learners.
