How to generate a Learner Family report

The Learner Family report generates a list of family codes with either learner information or email addresses. The report is generated as a PDF — Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view it.

Reports > Learners > Learner Reports > Learner-Family

How do I generate the report?

  1. Choose to show for All, Current or Left learners.

  2. Choose to show family codes with Learner information or Email addresses.
      • Learner information: Sort by Surname, Family code, Current admission number or Previous admission number (R-number).
      • Email addresses: Sort by Surname or Family code. This prints Parent 1, Parent 2 and the Accountable person’s email addresses.

  3. Click Preview to generate the report.

What is the difference between the Learner information and Email addresses options?

Learner information prints family codes alongside learner details, useful for administrative records. Email addresses prints the email addresses of Parent 1, Parent 2 and the Accountable person per family, making it useful for communication purposes.
