Why can I not see all the tabs? Visibility depends on the Learner Overview Rights assigned to you by your Administrator. If you are an Administrator, you can adjust these by going to My School > Staff > Staff, selecting the staff member, and updating the relevant fields under the "Edit" function.
Why does the Code of Conduct display per year instead of per term? This is determined by your school’s unique setup.
To Change: Go to My School > General > General: School Setup and look for the ‘Code of Conduct Information’ field.
Options: You can set accumulated totals to expire Monthly, Per Term, Bi-annually, Yearly or no Expiry
d6 Tip: We strongly recommend not changing these settings during an active school year, as it can disrupt your existing data.
