How to generate a Learner Profile Report

The Learner Profile Report generates a comprehensive profile for one or more learners as a PDF document. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view the report.

Reports > Learners > Learner Profiles: Learner Profile

How do I generate the report?

  1. Choose whether to generate the report per Register Class, Current Learner or Left Learners.

  2. Select the relevant class(es) or learner(s) from the left-hand list and move them to the right using the >> arrows.

  3. Click Preview to generate the PDF report.

What information appears on the Learner Profile Report?

The report displays the learner’s comprehensive profile information as stored in d6+, including personal, parent/guardian and other relevant details. The exact sections depend on how the learner’s profile has been completed in the system.
