Type <Ctrl> <F> to search for words in the article

How to generate report

1. Choose whether you want to generate it per "register class", per "current learner" or per "left learners"
   
2. If you chose to generate the report according to register class, choose the relevant class/es listed on the left-hand side and move them over to the right-hand side by clicking on the >> arrows that shows in the middle of the two blocks
   
3. If you chose to generate it per current learner, choose learner/s listed on left-hand side and move them over to the right-hand side by clicking on the >> arrows that shows in the middle of the two blocks
4. If you chose to generate it per left learner, choose learner/s listed on left-hand side and move them over to the right-hand side by clicking on the >> arrows that shows in the middle of the two blocks
5. Click on the "preview" button to generate the report.

Note that the report generates in PDF so you would need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer
