How to use Learner Support

The Learner Support module is a centralised repository for documenting academic, emotional or behavioural interventions. It allows the school to maintain a chronological record of support provided to learners, ensuring continuity of care and professional record-keeping.

  4. Choose the Date the support was administered or suggested.

  5. Select the Action Taken from the predefined list and enter any Comments (recommended for historical accuracy).

Frequently asked questions

Why can’t I see records from a previous term?

Records are indexed by Year and Term. To view historical support, manually adjust the Year and Term filters at the top of the screen.

Why can I not log support for a learner?

The learner must have an active profile in the system before support can be logged. Support cannot be backdated to a period before the learner’s official enrolment date. Also, verify that your user role includes 1.3 Learner/Parent Administration rights.
