The Learner Support module is a centralised repository for documenting academic, emotional, or behavioural interventions. It provides a chronological record of support given to learners.

How do I document learner support?

  1. Search for the learner and open their profile.

  2. Add a support entry with the date, intervention type, and description.

  3. Save the entry.

Frequently asked questions

Can multiple staff members add entries?

Yes, any authorised staff member can add entries for a learner.
