The Learners module is the foundation of the d6 school management solution. Accurate learner records are a prerequisite for every other module — class lists, marks, attendance, report cards, and Departmental exports (LURITS/CEMIS) all depend on data captured here.
Registering new learners through a structured 6-step enrolment process
Managing family accounts and linking siblings
Capturing and updating learner biographical and medical data
Configuring billing and payment options per learner
Managing parent, guardian, and accountable person information
Bulk importing learners via Excel

It is the central record-keeping module for all learner data in the d6 school management solution. Every other module — marks, attendance, report cards, and compliance exports — relies on accurate learner records captured here.
Navigate to My School > Learners > Learners from the main menu.
Most fields can be edited after saving. However, certain fields such as Family Codes and Admission Numbers are locked and require a Re-admit or Transfer workflow to change.
