How to generate a Learners Per Billing Item report

The Learners Per Billing Item report shows which learners are linked to specific billing items. The report is generated as a PDF and requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to view.

Reports > Finances > Debtors: Learners Per Billing Item

How do I generate the report?

  1. Select the relevant payment option year, and payment option item(s) from the left-hand list and move them to the right using the >> arrow.

  2. Click Preview to generate the PDF report.

Can I select multiple billing items at once?

Yes. Select all the relevant billing items from the left-hand list and move them to the right before clicking Preview. The report will include learner data for all selected items.
