How to generate a Learner Numbers report
The Learner Numbers report shows the number of learners per register class for the selected year and date. The report is generated as a PDF.
Reports > Learners > Learner Reports: Learner Numbers
Best practice: Ensure that the admissions, re-registration and promotion process has been completed before generating the report for re-registrations/promotions, to include provisional figures for the following year.
How do I generate the Learner Numbers report?
Choose to display for Current learners or Re-registrations/transfers. If re-registrations: also choose whether learners on the waiting list should be shown.
Select the year and the date.
If Current learners is selected: choose whether figures for Oldest/only or Youngest/only children must be shown, and whether attendance must be included.
Select the register classes and allocate them using the >> arrows.
Click View to generate the report.
Frequently asked questions
Can absences also be displayed on the learner numbers report?
Yes. Click the dropdown next to Show attendance and select the date for which absences must be shown.
