Learner Profile

The Learner Profile report generates a report displaying a learner's basic information, as periodically requested between schools. Ensure that all data fields on the learner's profile are fully completed before generating the report.

Reports > Learners > Learner Profiles: Learner Profile

How do I generate the Learner Profile report?

  1. Select whether to display Current learners, Learners who have left or Register Classes.

  2. Select the learner(s) or register class(es) on the left-hand side and click the right arrows to allocate them.

  3. Click Preview to generate the report.

What is the Learner Profile report used for?

It is used when a school needs to provide a learner's basic information to another school, for example during a school transfer. The report is printed and sent by hand or physically to the new school.

Can I generate the profile for learners who have already left the school?

Yes. Select Learners (Left) in the first selection to generate their profiles.

What information appears on the report?

The report contains the learner's basic biographical and contact information as stored in d6+. Ensure the profile is complete to generate a comprehensive and accurate report.
