How to view and distribute learner timetables

A timetable displays the scheduled classes and activities that learners are enrolled in throughout the school week. You can also use the timetable to print and distribute class lists to educators.

To view a learner timetable:

  1. Click on the Learner option from the main navigation menu.
  2. Click on the learner whose timetable you want to view.
  3. Go to the Timetable tab.
  4. Use the dropdown menu to select a specific week.
  5. The timetable will display the scheduled classes and times for that learner.

To distribute the timetable:

  1. Click on the Timetable tab.
  2. Click the Print or Export button (depending on your system).
  3. Select the distribution method (email, print, or download).
  4. Enter the recipient details if sending via email.
  5. Click Send or Print to complete the distribution.

Note: Only authorised staff members can view and distribute timetables. Ensure you have the necessary permissions before attempting to access this feature.
