Manage Imported Assets


This function allows for the editing or deleting of individual asset items.
The lists can be exported to Excel if the user rights are set up for the user.

Manage Imported Assets

  1. Assets can be viewed by description or Itemised.

  2. In 'Grouped per Description' View:
    1. Double click an entry to edit the description
    2. Select an entry and click 'Delete Entry'-button to select assets to be deleted.

  3. In 'Itemised' View:
    1. To edit any detail in an individual asset, double-click the item to change locations, owners, etc.
