How to manage imported assets
The Manage Imported Assets function allows you to edit or delete individual asset items. Lists can be exported to Excel if the user has the relevant export rights configured.

Can I export the asset list to Excel?
Yes, provided the user has the relevant export rights. Contact the system Superuser to confirm that export rights are enabled for your user profile. If you do have Excel Export rights, you will see an Excel button on the right hand side, next to the Search bar.
What is the difference between Grouped per Description and Itemised view?
Grouped per Description groups assets by their description, making it easy to edit or delete all items of a particular type. Itemised view shows each individual asset record, allowing you to edit location, owner, and other per-item details.
