Purpose of feature

Family accounts group learners who share the same household. Proper family linking prevents duplicate parent profiles, ensures unified billing, and simplifies account management for schools with siblings enrolled.

Step-by-step instructions

Creating a new family

  • During Step 1 of enrolment, select New Family if no siblings from this household are currently enrolled.

  • A new family code will be generated automatically.

Linking to an existing family

  • During Step 1, select Existing Family and search by family code or sibling name.

  • Linking ensures the new learner shares a unified billing account with their siblings.

Changing a family code

  • Family Codes are locked after saving to protect historical financial records.

  • To change a family code, use the Re-admit or Transfer workflow from the Learner Overview screen.
