Manual Allocation is used to assign non-academic achievements individually to learners by hand. This applies to achievements such as Sport, Culture and Leadership that cannot be automatically calculated from marks. It can also be used by for Academic Achievements that is not calculated with an Academic criteria for example Best Improvement and Top achiever.

How do I allocate achievements manually?
Select the Achievement Year, Certificate Date, Certificate Category, School Activity, Achievement Type and Achievement to be allocated.
Select the learners alphabetically or per grade and class.
For certain academic achievements, select the subjects to be used as well.
Click Allocate.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between manual and automatic allocation?
Manual allocation is used for non-academic achievements (Sport, Culture, Leadership) that must be individually assigned. Automatic allocation is used for academic achievements calculated from learner marks based on Academic Criteria set up in the system.
Do I need to select subjects for every achievement type?
Only for certain academic achievement types. Non-academic achievements such as Sport or Culture do not require subject selection.
Where can I view or remove achievements already allocated to a learner?
Allocated achievements can be viewed and managed under My School > System > Achievements > Review Allocations.
How do I print the achievement certificates after allocation?
After allocation, go to Reports > Reports > Learners > Marks and Achievements > Achievement Certificates to generate and print the certificates.
Can I allocate to individual learners or only to a whole class?
Both options are available. You can select learners alphabetically or filter by grade and class, then tick individual learners within the list.
