How to generate a Memorandum

The Memorandum function generates a school memorandum that can be printed with or without pre-filled information.

Reports > Documents > Memorandum

How do I generate a memorandum?

  1. Select With details or Without details from the dropdown.

  2. If With details is selected:
      • Enter the recipient of the memorandum.
      • Enter who the memo is from.
      • Enter the message.

  3. Click Preview to generate the memorandum.

  • Note: The memo is restricted to one page.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if my memo content exceeds one page?

The system restricts the memo to a single page. If your message is too long, shorten the content before generating the preview.
