Use the Migration report to generate a summary per Province of learners enrolled at your school. This report is used for DOE reporting on the origin of newly enrolled learners.

How do I generate the Migration report?

  1. Select the start date and end date for the report period.

  2. Click Generate Report.

What information is displayed in the Migration report?

The report displays a summary per Province of newly enrolled learners for the selected period, based on the province information held on the learner's profile.

What date range should I select?

Typically select the beginning of the current academic year as the start date and the current date as the end date for an annual migration report. The dates can be adjusted for specific periods.

What is this report used for?

It is used for compulsory reporting to the Department of Education on the geographical origin of newly enrolled learners, which assists with provincial planning and budget allocation.
