The My Budget module provides the authenticated user with a summary view of all budget accounts for which they are the budget holder, including a comparison of budgeted versus actual amounts. Users will only be able to see accounts for which they are designated as budget holder.

How to Use My Budget
Use the Budget Holder dropdown to filter by budget holder.
Use the Year dropdown to select the appropriate financial year.
The following information is displayed for each account: Budget Type, Budget Category, Account Code, Account Name, Total Budget, Total Actual and Variance.
Amounts in green indicate that spending is within budget. Amounts in red indicate that the actual total has exceeded the budget.
Click the Excel button in the top left of the screen to export budget data.
Use the search box to find a specific account by name or account code.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why can I only see some budget accounts?
My Budget displays only accounts where you are designated as the budget holder. Contact your system administrator if you require access to additional accounts.
What does the Variance column show?
The Variance is calculated by subtracting the Total Actual from the Total Budget. A positive variance means you are within budget; a negative variance (in red) means you have exceeded your budget.
Can I export my budget data?
Yes. Click the Excel button in the top left of the screen to export your budget data to a spreadsheet.
