How to view My Budgets

The My Budgets screen allows you to preview all budget accounts, view amounts per budget head, and export data to Excel.

Finances > Budget:  My Budgets

How do I view budget information?

  • To view by budget head, click the Budget Head dropdown.

  • To view by year, click the Year dropdown.

The following information is listed for each account: Budget Type, Budget Category, Account Code, Account Name, Total Budget, Total Actual, and Difference.

  • Green amounts indicate you are within the budgeted amount.

  • Red amounts indicate you have exceeded the budgeted amount.

How do I export the budget to Excel?

Click the Excel button in the top left-hand corner. Alternatively, use the Search field to filter by account name or account code.

  • Note: A user can only view budget items where they are assigned as the budget head.

Frequently asked questions

Why can I not see all budget accounts?

My Budgets only displays accounts where you are the assigned budget head. If you need access to additional accounts, ask your Superuser to update your budget head assignments.
