The My SMS module allows the logged-in user to view all SMS messages they have sent, as well as replies and feedback from parents. Each user can only see their own SMS history.

How to use My SMS
The screen displays a list of all SMS messages you have sent to parents, staff, channels or your own number.
You can see the time and date of each SMS, as well as the staff member who sent it.
You can see whether the message was sent in Afrikaans or English.
Where a parent has sent a reply, you can also view it here by clicking on the relevant entry.

Why can I not see other users' SMS messages?
My SMS only displays messages sent by the logged-in user. Each user has access to their own communication history only.
How do I view a parent's reply?
Click on the relevant SMS entry in the list to view the reply or feedback from the parent.
Where do I send a new SMS?
Navigate to My School > Communication > Send SMS to send new messages to parents or staff.
