My Tasks

My Tasks

The My Tasks page is the first page you see when you log into the system. Tasks are linked to your user profile, so you will only see tasks relating to activities for which you are responsible.

How My Tasks works

  • Tasks are categorised into: Setup, Administration, Code of Conduct, Communication, Curriculum, and Finance.

  • Each task includes a link that directs you to the relevant module where the action needs to be completed.

  • The System Administrator can configure how long the task screen displays before allowing you to continue. The default is 10 seconds.

  • Compliance tasks indicate data problems. Navigate to My School > Compliance > Outstanding Compliance Tasks to view these.
