+ Quick Add sits in the top bar on every page, separate from the sidebar. It creates a sponsor, a sponsorship and its allocations together in one guided flow - the fastest way to record a complete new deal without moving between separate pages.
Add a record: the green + button in the top-right of any list page
Edit: click into a record, then Edit
Delete: from the detail view. Deletes are soft - the record is hidden but preserved
Search and filter: the bar and dropdowns above any table narrow results by status, category, date range or year
Open it from the bottom-right of any page. It is conversational - ask it anything about your own school's data in plain language: summarise your programme, benchmark against typical schools, suggest a package for a prospect, or draft a report. It reads your live data and never changes anything.
Everything displays in South African Rand as R 1,234.56. Internally, values are stored as whole cents to avoid rounding errors, but you always type and read Rand amounts - enter "5000" for R 5,000.00, never cents.
Open Sponsor Portal at the bottom of the sidebar and use the copy link button.

No. It only reads to answer your question - it never creates, edits or deletes anything.
