Navigating the Members List

The Members page is where you view and manage everyone in your school's database. This article explains all the features available on this screen — from sorting and filtering to bulk actions.

Members (main menu)

How do I view and sort members?

  • Per-page drop-down: At the top of the list, choose how many members to show per page (25, 50, or 100).

  • Name / Last Name columns: Click a column header to sort A–Z. Click again to reverse the order.

  • Group column: Shows how many groups each member belongs to. Hover over the number to see the group names.

  • App column: A phone icon appears if the member has installed the d6 Communicator App.

  • Relationship column: Hover over the parent or child icon to see the name(s) of their linked member.

  • Contact columns: Displays the member's phone number and email address if they have been entered.

To view or edit a member's details, click on their name to open their full profile.

To perform actions on one or more members, tick the checkbox next to their name(s). The following action icons will then appear at the top of the list:

  • Remove from My Members list: Removes the selected person(s) from your personal members list.

  • Export Members: Downloads the selected members' details as a file, allowing you to choose between advanced or basic format (useful for record-keeping or reports).
