The On-site/Online/d6-Office Training (Annual Payment) option is available when a school requests training on a specific d6 module or system area. When training is paid for annually (upfront), a 10% saving applies.
Training can be booked for one or more days, depending on the school’s needs and confirmed payment.
Training is conducted by the OSM team.
The purpose is to ensure schools receive practical, hands-on system training, guidance, and support.
Important: training days can only be booked once the school has paid for the applicable number of training days in advance.

If your school is travelling from a distance and requires more than one training day, there are several nearby guest houses, Airbnbs, and bed & breakfast options available in a safe surrounding area.
The module is fully implemented and ready before training begins.
OSM will never conduct training on a module that is not set up correctly.
Before training, OSM will contact your school to confirm specific training needs, challenges or focus areas, and preferred dates and times.
This allows the OSM team to prepare properly and deliver effective training.
Training dates and availability are arranged via email or phone call.
The OSM team always confirms scheduling in advance.
After training, a follow-up email is sent, including a summary of training completed, helpful manuals and resources, and additional support guidance if needed.

If your school chooses Option 2 (Online) or Option 3 (In-office) and has already paid for travel or accommodation, a credit note will be issued when you switch to a different option.
