Important training process notes

  • The module is fully implemented and ready before training begins.

  • OSM will never conduct training on a module that is not set up correctly.

  • Before training, OSM will contact your school to confirm specific training needs, challenges or focus areas, and preferred dates and times.

This allows the OSM team to prepare properly and deliver effective training.

Communication & booking process

  • Training dates and availability are arranged via email or phone call.

  • The OSM team always confirms scheduling in advance.

  • After training, a follow-up email is sent, including a summary of training completed, helpful manuals and resources, and additional support guidance if needed.

Here is the link to our Customer Journey Manual, which outlines the training path for schools and users of d6. This journey ensures that each step builds on the previous one, providing a clear learning flow and making full use of available resources, documentation, and training sessions.
