What this product means for your school

The Task Control Subscription provides ongoing, hands-on support for your school’s specific administrative tasks throughout the year. This plan is designed to assist your school in managing and resolving system-related tasks with guidance and structured support from the OSM team.

The focus of this plan is to ensure that tasks are addressed consistently, with clear direction provided where the school is required to take action.

What the OSM team does

When your school is on this plan, the OSM team will assist with:

  • Reviewing your school’s pending tasks every two weeks.

  • Providing clear, step-by-step guidance for tasks that need to be completed by the school.

  • Assisting across relevant modules based on the tasks identified.

This support is focused on task management, guidance, and assistance, rather than full administrative control.

Important notes

  • This plan includes bi-weekly task review and support.

  • Certain administrative functions remain the responsibility of the school.

  • This is an ongoing support plan, not a once-off service.

What the OSM team will not do

  • Entering learner marks or approving discipline entries.

  • Importing bank statements, performing reconciliations, or managing finance year-end processes.

  • Adding new learners or staff to the system.
