When your school is on this plan, the OSM team will assist with:
Reviewing your school’s pending tasks every two weeks.
Providing clear, step-by-step guidance for tasks that need to be completed by the school.
Assisting across relevant modules based on the tasks identified.
This support is focused on task management, guidance, and assistance, rather than full administrative control.
This plan includes bi-weekly task review and support.
Certain administrative functions remain the responsibility of the school.
This is an ongoing support plan, not a once-off service.
Sending emails or SMS messages.
Entering learner marks or approving discipline entries.
Importing bank statements, performing reconciliations, or managing finance year-end processes.
Adding new learners or staff to the system.
