How to generate a Parent List

The Parent List report generates an alphabetical list of all parents as a PDF document.

Reports > Reports > Learners > Learner Reports > Parent List

How do I generate a parent list?

  1. Select whether to display Detail or Summary.

  2. If Detail: select which parents to show — All parents, Male or Female.

  3. Select the display order: Surname or Occupation.

  4. Click View to generate the PDF report.

Frequently asked questions

Can a list sorted by parent occupation be generated?

Yes. Under Display order, select Occupation and click View. The list will then be sorted according to the parents' occupation information.

How can I export parent information to Excel?

Ask your Superuser for the relevant Excel Export rights. Then navigate to My School > Learners > Learners, click More information and click the Excel button. The database is downloaded to your computer for further processing.
