Attendance registers are used to manually record staff attendance. For a report of previous attendance, use the Staff Attendance report.
Reports > Staff > Staff Registers
Choose whether you want to print the register for a specific period. If so, select the Monday on which the period begins.
Select the staff paid by a specific institution.
Select the categories on the left and click the arrows pointing right to allocate them.
Click the Preview button to display the report. The report is generated as a PDF document. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view it.
Staff Registers is a blank grid for manual entry. Staff Attendance is a report of attendance already recorded in the system.
Yes. Select the option for a specific period and then select the Monday on which the period begins. The register will then be generated for that week.
Yes. Select the appropriate payment institution and/or categories to generate the register only for the appropriate staff members.
