How do I generate staff registration forms?
Choose whether you want to print the Category list.
Click the View button to display the report. The report is created as a PDF document. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view the report.

The form is given to staff members to confirm and update their personal and contact details. It serves as an official record for the school's HR recordkeeping.
Should I include the Category list?
It is optional. Choose Yes if you want the category list printed on the form for reference. Choose No if you prefer a blank form.
Can I generate forms for multiple staff members at once?
Yes. Select the appropriate staff members before clicking View to generate forms for multiple staff members at the same time.
