Frequently asked questions

Why does the staff member's name not appear in the selection list?

The staff member must have an active profile and the applicable user rights. Verify the profile at My School > People > Staff > Staff.

How do I remove a subject from a teacher?

Select the subject in the Assigned Subjects column (right), click the arrow to move it back to the left, and click Save. This removes their access to the relevant mark sheets and timetable slot.

Does linking a subject automatically place it on the timetable?

No. The link defines who can teach the subject. The actual scheduling takes place in the Timetable module or during Subject group assignment.
