This function allows you to generate a filtered staff list and view it as a PDF document.
Reports > Staff > Staff List
Select who the staff is paid by by clicking the dropdown.
Select what information to display by clicking the dropdown.
Choose whether each category should be printed on a separate page.
Choose whether staff should only be printed under the main category.
Select the categories on the left and click the arrows pointing right to allocate them.
Click the Preview button to display the report. The report is generated as a PDF document. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view the report.
Yes. Use the dropdown in the "What information to display" field to select specific columns for your staff list.
Yes. Select the categories on the left and move them to the right. You can also choose whether each category should be printed on a separate page or only under the main category.
Use the dropdown in "Paid by" to select which payment institution (e.g. Department of Education or school management) pays the staff. The list will then show only the applicable staff members.
