Print Certificates

Print Certificates allows you to print all linked certificates according to the certificate template you have selected. You can print certificates in various language preferences and sort orders.

How do I print certificates?

Follow the steps below to print certificates for learners. All achievements linked to your selected template will be printed automatically.

  1. Select the Year for the certificates.

  2. Select for whom you want to print the certificate.

  3. Select the Certificate date that will appear on the documents.

  4. Select your Language preference (the language in which the certificates will be printed).

  5. Select the Sort order: Alphabetical, per Grade or per Register class.

  6. Select the Certificate Template you want to print.

  7. Click Generate Certificates to preview the certificates before printing.

Which sort order should I choose?

You can organise certificates in three different orders. Choose the order that best suits your needs.

  • Alphabetical: Certificates are printed in alphabetical order of learner names.

  • Per Grade: Certificates are grouped and printed by Grade.

  • Per Register class: Certificates are grouped and printed by individual Register class.

How do I know which achievements will print?

All achievements linked to the Certificate Template you selected will automatically appear on the certificates. Only achievements linked to your chosen template will be included in the print job.

Frequently asked questions

Can I preview certificates before printing?

Yes. After making all your selections and clicking Generate Certificates, you can preview the certificates before doing the final print.

What happens if no achievements are linked to the template?

If no achievements are linked to your selected Certificate Template, no certificates will be generated. Ensure you have selected the correct template and that achievements are linked to it.

Can I change the certificate date?

Yes. You can select any date you want to appear on the certificates. It does not need to be the current date.
