The Print Certificates function prints all allocated certificates according to the linked certificate templates. Certificates must be allocated to learners beforehand via the Achievements module.
My School > Achievements > Print > Print Certificates
Reports > Learners > Marks and Achievements > Achievement Certificates
How do I print certificates?
Select the Year, Certificate date, and language.
Select the Certificate template to print. All achievements linked to this template will be included.
Select the print order: Alphabetically, or per Grade or Register class.
Click Generate Certificate to preview the certificates before printing.
Frequently asked questions
Why are some learners not appearing on the certificate?
Only learners who have been allocated the achievement linked to the selected template will be included. Check allocations under Automatic Allocation or Manual Allocation in the Achievements module.
Can I print certificates in both languages?
Yes. Select the desired language at step 1 to generate certificates in Afrikaans or English, depending on how the template is configured.
Can I preview before printing?
Yes. Clicking Generate Certificate opens a preview of the certificates so you can confirm the content and layout before printing.
Is this function available in both Achievements and Reports?
Yes. The same function is accessible from both My School > Achievements > Print Certificates and Reports > Learners > Achievement Certificates.
Where do I set up the certificate templates?
Certificate templates are linked to Academic Criteria set up under My School > Achievements > Academic Criteria. The template determines which achievements qualify for a certificate and how the certificate looks.
