Frequently asked questions
I click Process Actions but it only says "Select one".
There are currently no actions to process. Learner violations have not yet collectively accumulated enough minimum points as configured in the Action Setup module.
I made an error with the date or venue.
The only way to edit dates, venues, or times after clicking Continue is to remove the action in the Action Control module and re-capture the information in Process Actions.
