Process Actions

Process Actions

The Code of Conduct Process Actions function is task-driven. Tasks will only appear when a learner has reached a set number of violations as configured in the Action Setup module. Ensure that Action Setup is finalised before using this function.

My School > Code of Conduct > Process Actions

How do I access Process Actions?

Actions can be processed in two ways:

  • When you log in, a task will appear under Code of Conduct Tasks. Click Here to view the list. Alternatively, navigate to My Home > Tasks.

  • Navigate directly to My School > Code of Conduct > Process Actions.

Frequently asked questions

I click Process Actions but it only says "Select one".

There are currently no actions to process. Learner violations have not yet collectively accumulated enough minimum points as configured in the Action Setup module.

I made an error with the date or venue.

The only way to edit dates, venues, or times after clicking Continue is to remove the action in the Action Control module and re-capture the information in Process Actions.
