Type <Ctrl> <F> to search for words in the article

A profile request is a request from one school to another to release information regarding a learner to that school, such as most recent marks, Ed Lab information, transfer cards etc. This profile request can then be forwarded to the school from which the learner is transferred in order to gather the information needed for the system.

How to generate a profile request form

  1. Select the learners on the left-hand side and then click on the double arrows that shows to the right  to allocate them to the right-hand side
  2. Click on the "preview" button to view the report. Note that the report prints in pdf so you would need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer
  3. You can print the report by clicking on the printer icon and then selecting your printer setting and print. This report can also be downloaded by clicking on the down arrow on the top right hand corner next to the printer icon and it will download on your bottom left hand corner in your downloads folder.
  4. After downloading you can indicate the information you require from the previous school by ticking the provided tick block and then scan and email it to the school.
It is best practice to ensure that the new learner information is entered into the system completely, before the profile request is printed.
