Frequently asked questions

Why are statistics missing for a specific assessment type?

If statistics for a type such as PAT are missing, it means the subject is not configured with that assessment type in the Learning Programme. Verify the setup at My School > System > Curriculum > Learning Programme Setup: Learning Programmes.

How do uncaptured marks affect averages?

Uncaptured marks are counted as 0 unless the learner is marked as Absent (a). This can lower grade averages — the Missing Marks option helps identify such cases.

Can LSEN learners' statistics be viewed separately?

Yes. For schools with different academic streams such as Mainstream and LSEN, the system automatically calculates grade averages separately for each stream to ensure accurate reporting.
