How to use the Score History

Die Puntelog dien as 'n omvattende ouditspoor wat administrateurs in staat stel om die vaslegging, wysiging en verwydering van leerderpunte na te spoor. Dit bied deursigtigheid oor watter personeellede spesifieke aksies uitgevoer het en wanneer veranderinge plaasgevind het.

Hoe gebruik ek die Puntelog?

  1. Kies die Jaar, Kurrikulum, Graad, Leerprogram (Kwartaal), Vak, Taak en spesifieke Assessering.

  2. Filtreer volgens Vakgroep (spesifieke klas of Alles) en Personeellid (spesifieke gebruiker of Alles).

  3. Stel die Vanaf Datum en Tot Datum vir die ouditperiode.

  4. Om 'n spesifieke leerder te ondersoek, stel die Status en tik die leerder se naam in die Leerder Soek-veld.

  5. Klik Trek besonderhede om die resultate te vertoon. Die stelsel toon die Datum, Personeellid, Aksie (Insert, Update of Remove) en die Vorige/Nuwe Puntewaardes. Klik Herstel om filters skoon te maak.

Hoekom wys die log slegs een waarde vir ou rekords?

Vir rekords vasgelê vóór 2023/10/27 toon die log slegs die finale punt wat aangeteken is. Volledige weergawegeskiedenis is beskikbaar vir alle inskrywings na hierdie datum.

Wie het toegang tot die Puntelog?

Slegs gebruikers met ten minste Besigtigingsregte vir 2.1 Kurrikulum Opstelling. Die log bevat sensitiewe akademiese en personeelprestasie-data en toegang word beperk om privaatheid en datasekuriteit te verseker.
