Learners must annually indicate whether they will be staying at the school the following year or whether they will be leaving at the end of the year. This process affects many aspects of the system, including statistics for departmental reporting, the printing of transfer cards, and learners' class groupings for the following year.
My School > Learners > Year-end > Re-registrations
Red column: Number of learners for whom no feedback has been received.
Orange column: Number of outstanding re-registration forms per register class.
Green column: Number of learners who have re-registered and those leaving at year-end.
Click the blue arrow next to the grade name for each register class.
Indicate outstanding forms by clicking the circle in the orange column.
Click the correct button to indicate re-registration or leaving.
Click Continue to save.
Click View transfer cards for learners leaving the school.
As required by the DoE, re-registrations must be done at the same time as admissions for the following year.
Learners who have not been re-registered will not be available for class grouping and you will not be able to complete the Admin year-end process.
Go to Reports > Learners > Forms > Re-registration forms.
Red means no feedback received, orange means the form is outstanding, and green means the learner's re-registration is complete.
