The Registration Forms function prints an empty registration form for new learners. Sections of the form can be edited and customised according to the school’s preference. Electronic registration via Excel import or online registration is also available.

It is possible to import learner information from an Excel template. Schools can create a Google Form for parents to complete and then import the data. Alternatively, use the online registration method at My School > d6 Initiatives: Online Registrations. See the Learners Overview article for instructions and an example.
Yes. When editing contract sections, use the Content Afr column to enter the Afrikaans text for each line. The system will use the appropriate language version when generating the form.
Set the line’s Status to Inactive to hide it without losing it — it can be set back to Active at any time. Only set a line to Deleted if you are certain it is no longer needed, as deleted lines cannot be recovered.
Both options are available. You can print the physical form for manual completion, import data from an Excel template, or use the online registration method at My School > d6 Initiatives: Online Registrations to allow parents to complete the form digitally.
