Structure Reporting


Export your reporting structure to Excel
  1. Choose which structure you want to print by clicking on the dropdown box. All your different structures will be listed here
  2. Select the start and end date for the required statement.
  3. Choose whether you want to show the account details.
    If you select “No”, only your categories with your actual totals will reflect.
    If you select "Yes", the report will include the Category, Account Code, Account Name and Actual totals.
  4. Choose if you want to show the monthly details.
    If you say “No”,  you will only see your actual totals as per the dates you choose.
    If you choose “Yes”, you will see the totals per month, according to the dates you chose. 
  5. Choose whether you want to include general ledger accounts with a zero balance
  6. Under Budget Information, choose whether you want to have the budget reflected on the report.
    If you choose to show the budget, indicate which budget to reflect to display the budget and actual totals on the report.
  7. Export your report by clicking on the “Excel” button.
