Review achievement allocations

The Review Achievement Allocations section allows you to view and manage all achievements that have been assigned to learners. You can inspect allocations by category and activity, and remove incorrect allocations as needed.

My School > Achievements > Allocation > Review Allocations

How do I review achievement allocations?

  1. Navigate to My School > Achievements > Allocation > Review Allocations.

  2. Select the required year, category, and activity you wish to view.

  3. Click the expand arrows next to each achievement and grade to view the list of allocated learners.

  4. Review the learner names to verify correct allocations.

How do I remove incorrect allocations?

  1. Find the learner whose allocation needs to be removed.

  2. Click on the learner name to select them.

  3. Click the red Remove Selected button.

  4. Confirm the removal when prompted by the system.

Frequently asked questions

Can I add achievements to a learner from this view?

No, this view is for reviewing and removing allocations only. To add achievements to individual learners, use the learner record or run automatic allocation.

What if I remove an achievement by mistake?

The achievement is removed from the record. You can manually reallocate it or run automatic allocation again if the learner meets the criteria.

How do I view all achievements for a single learner?

Navigate to the individual learner record, where you can see all their assigned achievements across all categories and activities.

Can multiple people remove allocations at the same time?

Yes, multiple users can access the review section simultaneously, but changes are applied individually as each user clicks Remove Selected.

Why are some achievements showing for the same learner multiple times?

A learner may have earned the same achievement multiple times if it is awarded for different activities or grade levels. Each entry represents a separate allocation.
