Backup

Backup

This guide is for information purposes only. It explains the backups the system makes automatically to protect your school's data.

My School > General > Backup

How does the backup work?

The system automatically creates backups on the server for the following:

  • The system itself, once per day.

  • Your school's data, three times per day (04:00, 12:00 and 21:00).

Viewing completed backups

The Backup page is for information purposes only. On this page you can see which backups have been completed and at what times. If you have any queries regarding backups, contact the support team at support@d6plus.co.za.
