Not ready to send? You can save a message as a draft to come back to later. If you send similar messages regularly — like a weekly newsletter — you can also save a message as a template to reuse quickly.
Messages → New → Save as Draft / Save Template
While building a message, click Save as Draft at any point.
The message will be saved and you can return to finish it later.
Drafts appear in your Messages list with a Draft status.
Build a message as you normally would.
Click Save Template and give it a descriptive name (for example, Weekly Newsletter).
The template will then appear as a quick-start option under the +New button on the Home screen.
Contributors must draft: Group Contributors must always save messages as drafts — they cannot send messages themselves. An Administrator must review and publish the message.
Privacy: Drafts are private to the person who created them unless shared with an Administrator for review.
