Register class setup assigns educators to classrooms and configures the foundation for attendance and class management. Complete register class grouping and class designation before starting — this process cannot be reversed at year-end.

How do I set up register classes?
Locate the class in the class list and click the radio button next to the class name to select it.
Click the Edit button.
Enter a reference name for the register class.
Select the classroom number from the dropdown.
Select the educator responsible for this class.
Click Save. Repeat for all remaining classes.
Important considerations
The year-end administrative process cannot be reversed — plan carefully before saving.
Only one educator can be assigned to each register class.
Ensure classroom numbers exist in the system before assigning them.
Frequently asked questions
What happens if I assign the wrong educator to a class?
Select the class, click Edit, change the educator, and save. Changes take effect immediately.
Do I need to set up register classes for every class?
Only classes that will use the register attendance feature need to be set up here.
