Setting Up Your Account Contact Details

The Account Contact section stores the main administrator's details for d6's internal use. This information does not appear on the App and is only visible to d6.

Settings → Settings → Account Contact section

How do I set up my account contact details?

  1. Go to Settings → Settings.

  2. Scroll down to the Account Contact section.

  3. Enter the main administrator's name, phone number, and email address.

  4. Click Save.

Important note

  • Internal use only: This information is used by d6 for administrative purposes only and will not be visible to parents or staff on the App.

Can parents or staff see my account contact details?

No. The Account Contact information is only visible to d6 for internal administrative purposes. It does not appear on the App or anywhere that parents or staff can see.

What is the difference between account contact and staff contacts?

Account Contact stores the main administrator's details for d6's internal use only. Staff Contacts (under Settings → Contacts) are shared with parents on the App so they can reach school staff directly.

Why does d6 need my account contact details?

d6 uses these details to contact the main administrator when there are important updates, account queries, or support matters related to your school's communicator account.
