The SMS Feedback function allows you to receive and manage feedback SMS messages from recipients. It enables two-way communication between the school and recipients until a matter is resolved.

My School > Communication > SMS > Feedback

How do I view SMS feedback?

• Right side: Original messages sent by the school (marked with a building icon).

• Left side: Feedback received from the recipient (marked with a person icon).

• Unread feedback appears in bold text; read feedback appears in normal text.

How do I mark messages as read or unread?

1. Tick the checkbox next to the relevant message.

2. Click the eye-and-tick icon at the top of the page to mark as read.

3. To select all messages, tick the checkbox at the top of the page.

Can I reply directly to a feedback SMS?

Yes. The Feedback function enables two-way communication. You can reply directly to a recipient's feedback message from within the system.

Can I also view feedback via My SMS?

Yes. Navigate to My School > Communication > SMS > My SMS and click on a message with feedback to view the full conversation history.
