My School > Achievements > Sponsors

Type <Ctrl> <F> to search for words in the article.

Sponsor names can be added to facilitate automatic printing on selected certificates.  This document will give you guidelines on how to create, edit and delete Sponsor names.

Add a Sponsor

  • To add a new sponsor, click on +Add new.
  • Enter Sponsor Name into the mandatory fields provided for both Afrikaans and English.  The system will not allow you to Save unless all fields have been completed.
  • Save to exit.

Edit an existing Sponsor

Select the Sponsor you want to edit. 
  • Double click on the sponsor name, or click on the sponsor name and then click "Edit entry"
  • Make the changes as required.
  • Save to exit.

Activate, Deactivate or Delete a Sponsor

  • Double click on the sponsor name, or click on the sponsor name and then click "Edit entry"
  • Click on the drop-down in the Status field to choose between Active, Inactive and Delete.
    Note: "Inactive" will keep the sponsor on the list, to be activated at a later stage.
    "Delete" will remove the sponsor from the system.
  • Save to exit.
