Print Registration Forms
This function prints an empty registration form for new Staff members.
Note: The form is programmed into the system and can not be adjusted for individual schools.
If you want to make changes to the form, download the form in a .pdf version.
- Convert it to Word with this free online program: online2pdf
- Choose if you want to print the Category Listing.
- Click "Preview" to open the blank Registration Form
- Click on the "Print" icon or the "Download Icon" to print or download the form.
- Edit as needed.
