Learner Tardy and Late facilitates the handling of latecomers, learners who leave early, and learners who miss certain periods of the day. It serves as a link between the learner absence and learner discipline modules.
My School > Learners > Attendance > Tardy and Late
Capturing learner tardy and late entries
Select the date and grouping method.
Double-click the learner's row in the list.
Select the absence reason, add comments if needed, and click Save.
For Arrived late or Left early, the system automatically adds the current time. The time can be changed if necessary.

Where do I set up tardy and late reasons?
At My School > General > Databases > Tardy and Late Setup.
Can I change an entry after it has been saved?
Yes. The system will cancel the previous entry and allow you to complete the new information.
