DOE Task Schedule

This report displays a DOE Task Schedule and can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet for DOE reporting purposes.

Reports > DOE > Curriculum > DOE Task Schedule

How to generate a DOE Task Schedule report

  1. Select the Year.

  2. Select the Term.

  3. Select the Curriculum.

  4. Select the Grade.

  5. Choose to print for Task Schedule or Common Task Schedule.

  6. Select the Subject and Tasks/Components, then click the right arrow button to activate them.

  7. Click Generate Report for a PDF, or Export to Excel to export the data for further editing.

Note: An Excel program version warning may appear. It is safe to click Yes.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Task Schedule and Common Task Schedule?

A Task Schedule is specific to a single subject's tasks and components. A Common Task Schedule displays tasks that are shared across multiple subjects or groups within the same curriculum.

Can I select multiple subjects for one report?

Yes. Select each subject and its tasks/components and click the right arrow to activate them. All activated items will appear in the generated report.

What data is included in the Excel export?

The Excel export contains the same task schedule data as the PDF report but in an editable spreadsheet format suitable for submission to the DOE or further internal processing.
