DOE Task Schedule




This report can be generated to display a Subject Performance Report or to export the report to an Excel Spreadsheet. Use this report for reporting to the DOE.

GENERATE A TASK SCHEDULE REPORT

  1. Click on Reports > DOE > DOE Task Schedule
  2. Select the year
  3. Select the term
  4. Select the curriculum
  5. Select the grade
  6. You can choose to print for Task Schedule or Common Task Schedule
  7. Select the Subject and Tasks/Components and click on the right arrow button to activate
  8. Click on the Generate Report button to generate a pdf document or
  9. Click on the Export to Excel button to export the data to an Excel Spreadsheet
  10. If you chose to generate a .pdf report, the report will be displayed.
  11. If you chose to export the data to an Excel Spreadsheet, the exported data will be available in Excel to edit if needed.

Note: The Excel Program version warning message might be displayed.
It is safe to click on ‘Yes’.
