Admissions / Leaving Register

The Admissions / Leaving Register is generated per grade and displays information about learners who have been admitted to or have left the school. The information can be displayed per week, month, quarter or for a specific period.

How do I generate the register?

  1. Select whether to display the Admissions Register or the Leaving Register.

  2. Select to display for a Week, Month, Quarter or Period.

  3. Select the year and the specific week, month, quarter or period.

  4. Select to sort by Learner number or Surname.

  5. Select the register class(es) on the left and click the right arrow to allocate them.

  6. Click View to generate the report. The report is generated as a PDF document and can be printed.

Frequently asked questions

Can I generate the register for a specific date range?

Yes. Select Period and specify the start and end date to display a custom date range in the register.

Can I include multiple register classes simultaneously?

Yes. Select all the desired register classes on the left and move them to the right block before clicking View.

Are both an admissions and a leaving register available?

Yes. Select the desired type in step 1. You can generate the admissions register separately and then again for learners who have left — or display two separate reports side by side.
